This “new” variety of apple is all the rage here in the Pacific Northwest. A cross between Enterprise and Honeycrisp, the Cosmic Crisp Apple is a large, red apple with lenticels on the surface almost as if they are covered with stars. Large, crisp, and very juicy, you dont want to miss out on these!
