Together with your chef instructor, youll fold delicate chicken wontons, stir-fry silky glass noodles, and simmer a fragrant coconut-lime broth for Tom Yum Gai. The evening ends on a comforting note with a traditional-style pumpkin dessert drizzled in creamy coconut sauce.
