Celebrate the season with a hands-on culinary adventure! In this2.5 to 3 hour class, youll cook alongside one of our chefs to create a festive four-course meal inspired by Hill Country flavors and holiday traditions.

After cooking, youll sit down together to enjoy the dinner youve prepared, paired with perfectly selected wines. Each guest will also take home a complete recipe packet to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen. Come ready to cook, sip, and celebrate!

Starter: Ancho-Butternut Squash Soup

Main: Tuscan Turkey Roulade

Sides: Salad Green Beans with Lemon Vinaigrette, Wild Rice, Pecan and Cranberry

Dessert: Bourbon Pecan Pie
