The Apollo Pepper is the latest in a line of pepper giants bred by mad Scoville scientist Smokin Ed Currie of Puckerbutt Pepper Co. Not yet officially tested, it’s thought to clock in at over 3 million Scoville Heat Units. The Last Dab: Apollo keeps it simple with a recipe that features just the pepper and vinegar, making it one of the highest peaks of Mt. Scoville to ever grace the Hot Ones wings of doom.
