Add a few drops of this extract to a wintry beverage or an afternoon treat. According to Greek myth, mint was born of immortal drama: Jealous of her husband’s love for Menthe, Persephone turned the nymph into a plant that grows underfoot. As a consolation, Pluto gave mint a sweet scent when crushed.
